  i've heard good things about these two, but can't speak from experience

  i used brinkster for a few test projects, and their uptime wasn't very good at first, but they have an online chat support and after i notified them of my problems they had me on another server w/in 30 minutes. if it says anything, i don't know for sure yet weather i'll use them when it comes time to host any real sites.
