A good friend had a Jack Terrier. They can be a handful because they are terriers but the thing would fight a bear if it thought you were in any kind of danger.

Maxx is our pup. He's mixed with German Schnauzer, Pointer, and not sure what else.
The Pointer side of him shows more in his actions.
Him and Hersh are good friends.

Here is Maxx in action!
He's a pouncer.
He found out he could get outside faster this way. He couldn't tell if the window was open or closed though which resulted in his pouncing strait through the closed window.
Maxx was unharmed, he's awesome.
