I tried looking online for you, but I haven't found anything yet that piqued my interest.

you talking inches, lifein?
- lifeinbinary0
mayo, i am looking on the HP website. there are a few options but i am not sure what to go for. would something like this work?
http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/u…para, yes - i am talking about inches. but it doesn't have to be just that size. it can be larger even as long as the printer is decent.

Oh! you mean inanimate printers. I thought you meant a print house. silly me.
- lifeinbinary0
err... what's an inanimate printer?! as you can tell, i know very little about this printer business.
- mayo0
you mean an actual printer for your office. i thought you meant a printing press to go to.
- lifeinbinary0
haha. yes, that's what i meant. a physical color printer that i can mess around with at the office.
- lifeinbinary0
so, i think i am liking this one:
http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/u…the roll feeder is optional.

the epson 3000 is a fucking tried and true dinasaur. accompanied with the epson rip, you cant go wrong. it costs a grand and its shelf life is about 3 years. then the print heads crap out and they arent replaceable. ive since move on to the hp 130nr because the rip is osx compatible but its buggy as hell and has a color requirement for about 23 different kinds of paper. the epson had just matte and photo options. but it doeant work for osx machines. this might not mean shit if you are on a windows box.
if you get the hp 130, let me know and i'll give you a ton of heads-up's to get ya happy quick

i know very little about this so bear with me - what is the difference between the hp110 and the hp130? from what i've read it seems like hp130 is way slower than 110, and i could use the faster page turn out as we print tons of shit all the time.
i am on a windows network at the office.

the 130 is a 6 color, comes with light cyan and light maganta as well. but an inkjet is an inkjet. they are never in a hurry to print. if you are looking for speed, id recommend looking for a large format laser. might be spendy tho
- lifeinbinary0
large format laser is an option too. which one would you recommend?
- robbie_m0
i wouldnt recommend a large format laser cause ive never used one, but they are out there

lasers print faster, but the inkjets are richer and slower. you know what i mean. they go back ad forth and take forever, especially at 13x19 @ 300dpi
- lifeinbinary0
awesome man. thanks for the help. i think i'll go with the inkjet.
- GreedoLives0
we lease a color copier at work that we can also print to. Colors are much better than on a regular laser printer, but it's no inkjet.
- lifeinbinary0
what company/model is it?
