Forms in a Emailnewsletter.

Got a problem trying to get this to work in outlook. embedded the page ok which also has a form. but when I try and fill the form in (pressing the 'space' key between words it overides it and hotkeys somthing on outlook. also the submit button is not work. at all.
Anyone any ideas. I can foward you the newsletter to have a look.

Forms in an HTML newsletter sounds like a very bad idea.
You're asking too much of the average email client...

Yeah.. and I think that most spam software would bin that as soon as it gets it.
What do you need the form fields for? Couldn't you link to an external page...

i work for an email marketing company...booo...and we steer well clear of putting forms in emails...spam filterastic...
link to an external 'landing page' with a form on...
simple.

Yeah guide them to a micro site. I'm not even sure forms in email is possible.

Yes I agree. Its my boss you see. The lady aint got a clue. I think I'l just set up a link that links to an external form.
