Yer turning too long, it checks yer speed, whit happens is ye start going uphill slightly and lose momentum. Noticed it before that jump where ye land on yer erse...
turn shorter and sharper, ye'll have more speed on the jump and land better too!

I truly need to disagree with you on that one. Big wide open turns get you going a quite a bit faster.
although the camera doesn't really show it that well, that is one very steep, and exposed line, if there is any tentativeness it is because I don't want to catch and edge and tumble off of a 200 foot cliff.
Sorry, I'm not usually argumentative... and the guy who lands on his ass is actually my friend who skis on his heels a little bit.
