RCA --> Digital convertor?

  I am looking for a way to convert the RCA feed off several of my devices (playstation, etc) and bring it into my iMac through USB2 or Firewire...

  Any suggestions... will dazzle or canopous work decent (realtime, no lagging for games), or not...
