i agree hdd players are weak i own a 2nd gen ipod and I hate it except for the fact tha i can use it as a external hdd. you need a case u need to charge for a long time plan ahead no menu for untitled tags if i could go back id go back to flash players from sony ahhh..

my 'assistant' is rocking a new G5 w/dual 2.0 ghz processors and a gig of ram...
... it's a pretty nice box and the price was actually comparable.
Of course it can't touch 2 xeon 64 bit processors...
... I'm just saying that i suppose 'to each his/her own' is fine..
... and that the shuffle is a dumb idea. ;)

I work on a PC, before that. I was Mac for 8 years. For what I do, I love my PC. It's faster and it wasn't hard to make the transition. About the Shuffle thing. I was just given one as a gift and I like it. I like it becuz it's so light weight.
