http://www.threadless.com/submis…
but was still printedLAME
- josimarX0
ooh, a banana in a tshirt pocket, how 'original'.
did that sound sarcastic? I have to work on that.
- thepulpbox0
that sucks!
- cloned0
just work on your timing it was good for a first run though
and either way i could care less about the actual design but the fact it was ripped and and the ripped entry actually went to print is fucking lame
- josimarX0
so did you design the first one clone?
- cloned0
no another user here by the name of redfridge did
- josimarX0
it is sort of better executed in the second one but the dude who did it could at least have asked, or used some other long fruit.
- cloned0
true but ripped either way
- thepulpbox0
yeah... plenty of fruits out there
- fate_redux0
I liked redFridges original better. So has this been brought to threadless' attention?
- cloned0
i wrote them an email but i'm a third party so that coul;d be good or bad as far as red fridge, i dont know what hes done about it
- mg330
So what do you think of the first place winner?
http://www.threadless.com/produc…
It's alright, but I wouldn't buy it or wear it.
- snuggles0
wankers, have no idea how they picked those top three, other than maybe blindly picking them out of a hat.
- GeorgiePorgie0
Its an ok design but what is what the heathers grey shit
- mg330
I do not like that light grey heather color. Just about any other heather color I like except that.
I know this is stupid, but it reminds me too much of the sweats my cousin would wear to my grandmother's house. He was all into football and stuff.
- GeorgiePorgie0
exactly
- ricstultz0
I was waiting for this thread...
For the record... the new tees blow.
They are all so illustrator-y... what happened to just some well designed t-shirts. Gimme somethin that looks swank under a jacket...
- GeorgiePorgie0
I agree. The thing is they are just trying to make $ with the youngin's
- numberoneson0
who is more the fool, the person who designed it or the person who bought it and wore it?
- STB0
the person who designed it. the person who buys it most likely doesn't know it was ripped.
maybe the ripping off the banana was a nod to Andy Warhol ripping off mass culture for his pop art. Oh wait, probably not.
