Anyone have one? What's your experience with it? Or is free weights just as good? Thanx

execising is ghey.
- cloned0
so is cosmo
freeweights are better because there is resistence in both directions

my dad has one. has great resistance. but, my left arm is stronger than my right, and since had those crazy pulley's, i always end up with my left arm at the top and my right arm struggling to get the right side up. but, thats just personal. it works for what its worth.

i gots one... and have used gym as well...
i still prefer gym/free weights, but its the best i think for at home...
it isolates so much, as someone said earlier, its pretty crazy as times, if one side is stronger, there is NO way to overcomensate, so you might (i did at first) have one arm that is crazy shaky...
i would recommend it... just feels very different than free weights, but you probably assumed that...

pushups + situps + leg lifts for lower abs + some free weights + running/jogging/cardio = all the workout you need.

i picked up a nordic-flex, which is in the same vein, though a bit more compact.
is it the best route? probably not, but nine years later and i'm still using it several times a week, so there's something to be said for that.
