we have patterns for carry and sports bags, and are asked to make 3d models out of them. Objective is to have these models presented in a flash file, where they can be spun around and be seen in every angle.
What software would be suited best to create these 3D models?
We have blueprints of the bags, in ai format. As these bags have rounded and irregular shapes, as well as side pockets and such, the expectation is quite high. Cuz of the 'spinning around' brief, we cannot just skew and distort these blueprints into a perspective either.
any software recommendations?
Thanks!

about swift:
it doesn't allow the use of an existing blueprint. Yes: I can drop one side in Swift and have it made 3D-ish, but composing a proportional bag that is conform to the blueprint is not doable.Maya learning edition u say? Hhmmm...
