Video in Flash MX question

  I need to integrate video with controls in a promo that is exported using Flash 6 player. The video file is around 200k and is an .swf file. What is the best way to go about this?

  if you want to make life easy on yourself, import the video, drop a video controls component on it (that might be 7 but will export to 6) and publish.

  The component does it all.
