Ok so I'm trying to print a word doc to PDF. But the girl who made this word doc has all different sized pages in the doc file...so the 'Save as PDF' option in the regular print menu chokes on the different sized pages.
So Now I'm trying to get it to print with the regular distiller drivers but I can't get the damn distiller printer to show up in my printer options.
Any help??

was the distiller printer showing up before? or did you just freshly installed it?

I don't think I've ever printed from distiller on this machine. So really I don't know. I usually just do the "save as PDF' option from Word. Or if it's artwork I'm usually going through InDesign.
I have Acrobat 6 pro. I'm also pretty new to Mac's so is there some way I need to install the Distiller files? It's on Adobe's site as an OS9 file.

just use acrobat pro...

i would make thing hard on myself and distill it all as one size then crop it in acrobat

yeah the create PDF from file in Acrobat isn't working either...it says it doesnt recognize the file or that its corrupt. The girl who made it is on a PC...but I resaved it from my Mac and that still doesn't work.

iDp, can you copy all of the content of the odd-sized pages and paste them into a new word doc and then create the pdf?
