today's one of my good friend's birthday too (and he turned 30!)i'm turning 29 in a few more months.

no, really, las ramblas is like the craziest place in the world, every weirdo is there doing something to get money... once i saw this chick standing there with a sheet as a toga. and that's it. that was her show.
the best thing was that there were like a dozen tourist standing there for more than 10 minutes, watching her and hoping she would do anything.
now that i think about it, i also stayed there for those 10 minutes looking at the tourists... damn!

People always have (and still do) ask me if i am for hire - i usually tell them that i am for hire (look them up and down) and say, it doesn't look like you can afford me, you may want to spend that cash on some shoes or a personality.

happy birthday. just turned 30 last month. it's not really a big deal turning the big 3 0.
at 29 you'll find hangovers get a bit worse. the girls at the clubs look a bit younger and everyone younger than you will make more of a deal about turing 30 than you.
