well, you see.
I prefer Chanel and Prada. Although I only look at them because I am a poor student. Prada has some amazing ads for their stuff.
As for Dooney and Burke, I don't really care for their stuff. I remember when literally EVERY girl on the street had one of those designer handbags last year. I can't remember the brand.

eeew. dooney & bourke is trashy.
if you really have to have logos plastered all over something, gucci is the only way to go.
considerably more expensive, but worth it.

designer bags are a vice for the faint of heart and self esteem. i think a broader discussion is due in reguards to the growing number of overly self-conscious females. i cant figure out if its a product of the media, todays culture and politics or all of that... the liberal inside me says its the resurgence of maccarthism in the wake of terrorism. the sudden time warp back to the 1950's where things like abortion are being reexamined. i think feminism is waning and it will begin to wax itself into the forfront of americana when Hillary Clinton and Condi Rice square off in 2008. whatcha think?
