they probably wanted the site to look like fantasy interface but did such a horrid job at that it looks much different.

small rip. they didn't do that good of a job... and who cares anyway.. Anyone can put a white 5 pixel stroke on a image.
I don't really consider simple PS effects high on the rip catagory.
