Is there any way to open an MX2004 file if you only have Flash MX? I don't have 2004 and the demo ran out. I just need to see a line of code.

cant you just use one of those extractor things?

Yeah, if anyone knows a free one. I don't want to pay that much to view a line of code. All the demos I have seen are too limited. You only get to see like the first 5 frames.

come on...*someone* here can help him out...offer to save out the file in MX.
(I use MX otherwise I'd be doing it myself)

Post it and I'll re-save it.

if you only need to see the code, download flare: http://www.nowrap.de/flare.html
otherwise, post it and i'm sure someone would resave it for ya :-)

Thanks for the offers and the link to the Flare app. I found the code I was looking for. Flare exports all the AS into a text file. It's a cool app especially for freeware.
