anyone ever had to make a jump from Mac to PC? if so, and this relates specifically to programs (flash, illustrator, etc.) how much different is it? And did you find it hard to adjust?
thanks.

Switched 6 months ago from PC. I was probably the loudest anti Mac guy there ever was.
Now im never going back. Everything works the same, just smoother, prettier and better and the computer doesn't make you want to kill yourself, like the PC.

hardest? shortcuts. since ctrl on a pc is way left and mac's is next to the space bar.

+++++++++++++
then i'm getting fucked cause it's crashed 12x as much as on my mac. which has been never.
- jpea0
hard at first, but after a while i got used to it. this was back in the os9 days though, so i was happy to find something that didn't crash much... other than that, if you use expose, you'll probably really miss it. other than that, all the major programs work the same/similar.

strange, on my G5 and my powerbook it crashes like a motherfucker.
- rabattski0
"crashes like a motherfucker. "

- jpea0

tiny differences... getting used to command click and using command instead of control...
... much prettier of course...
... should be easy. :)
- Clear0
I run both...
The programs are the same on either platform. The only difference is apple key and ctrl.
- jpea0
yeah, getting used to using your pinkie instead of just the thumb and index finger... oohwee
- BZZZP0
