I like the shapes used in the first set but the colours used in the second.

My idea was the inside of a type. (Round part that spins)
Client seemed to like it.
The second was a computer mouse....
Keep the feedback coming..

second one kind of looks like a pill...i've seen similar treatments before...can't place it, though.

i like the lower-case version, but understand where kona's coming from the with "ad". some way to edit that 'c' and still keep the nice flow?
i do not like the caps version.

some see 'ad' I see 'ed' but the lowercase version with tweaks could work, uppercase version has been done to death...

first one reminiscent of the logo on the cd here:
http://subdisc.com/i've seen it similarly in a couple other places too.

Liking the top ones, nice clean shapes. Bottom ones look like they should be more geometric, like rounder or something.

you have 2 similar facing letterforms for a translation company. you could do something much more relevant than making ligatures that look nice.

I likes the shapes of both used together but I too read top ones as ad.
I think it could be more representational.
Kind of say what it's about.
- mattyd0
yeah, it definitely does look like 'ad'. just take a little off the top and you'll be fine.

they feel to big/heavy/thick compared to the text imho. And it could use some more vert. spacing..
