Yes I am a print retard. Never done much, I have searched here and google but I am doing a a3/folded to a4 brochure two side and I need a template with crop marks and all that crap on it, I have no clue where to begin and the printer isn’t helping... they are cheap and nasty.

who is printing it for you, if you need a template whoever prints it may have an eps they made the folder die from...

So toe-knee is it even a die cut? what do you need a template for? What program are you making it in? Most programs will add bleed marks/crop marks/ printers marks etc.
If you are doing a die cut, talk to your printers. Usually you can supply the die as a line another colour (ie spot colour so it creates another plate on the imposition)
give us some details, but it should be pretty strait forward.

doing it in illustrator 9 . the printer asked for a pdf so i set up two a3 pages in illi and designed em that way, i guess i just add ableed, send it to him and hope for the best

Yeah, thats all you need really. Get Illustrator will add all the printers marks when you print th file (depending on how you make the pdf) But really the printer should be able to deal.
Just make sure they don't fold it the wrong way!
