Last night my shrink told me that I have to make an effort to be overly nice to people instead of so negative all the time.
I told her how shouting 'COCK!' at people who cut me off on the roads or muttering it quietly under my breath at people on the street was making me feel loads better.
However she insisted that it was too negative, and that when someone cuts me off or whatever I should just smile and wave at them?!
I think i should fire her. She's hot though.
