I haven't been to Singapore in about ten years, so forgive me for asking this, but isn't it kinda weird to have a chinatown in Singapore? I mean, there's Chinese people and food everywhere to begin with, right?

we've got certain specific areas for different racial groups. it started when singapore was under colonial rule and the english decided to give different areas to the migrants. so we've got little india, chinatown and arab street. and a couple of other places
