Tokyo Happenings?

Hey, I'm going to be in Tokyo from the 11th to the 16th of March. Anybody have any suggestions of cool stuff to check out during that time. Going with a friend who knows about the standards just want the fill on any special events or parties to check out.

i was there about a year ago...here's my advice if you've never been there before.
don't bother with the district called ueno. yes, the imperial palace is there, but it's ghetto otherwise.
hit up harajuku on sunday. people dress up in crazy costumes.
video game arcades are really fun.
check out the sony building in ginza.
eat at atleast one ramen stand. it's the best!
prepare to be drunk. some restaurants don't serve anything that isn't beer or sake.

check out sunshine building in ikebukuro! if the weather's nice, you get to see tokyo from high up 360 degrees and there are movie theaters and shops and what not.
cool restaurants in ikebukuro, too.

oh yeah, the mori art museum in roppongi is awesome.
when you get there, pick up a copy of either Tokyo Walker, or Pia magazine. They've got all kinds of neat event listings...assuming you read japanese.
