SuperFamous Frame Scroll ??

how the hell is JK achieving the no horizontal scroll with frames in Superfamous?
http://www.superfamous.com/Im trying somthing with a frames layout, but I dont want the Horizontal scroll, only vertical
I have scrolling="no" in my left frame
and scrolling="auto" in my right frame
From what ive read there is no way of forcing a 'no horizontall' scroll
Short of using a fake frames (css) type of thing, but it doesnt work in IE

cloned: i just came back from 2 client meetings(far from here) by public transport which was slow due to snow..

I was in the library when i returned here and it appeared the book was completely gone 'off radar". it was no longer listed in their database, so i immediatly ordered them to find out the cause for this (or that they might sell it as they sell many old books)(or may already be sold), but then i told them the book is quite valuable, so a) they better keep it or b) sell it to me.Tomorrow one of the people responsible for the art/design books collection will be there and he/she should know all about it.
