A friend of mine is looking for a site I sent him long ago that had the ability to allow a user to upload a photo and that photo would then be constructed out of numbers or letters or something.
Does this ring a bell with anyone? I'm drawing a blank. TIA

yes. it does ring a bell. it was an online image to ascii thingy. forgot the link though. sorry.

do a search on gif2ascii or jpeg2ascii. I think it was called something like that.
