photo mosaic software?

Hey all..
i'm in need of a good piece of software to make photo mosaics..
i'm doing this piece for broadcast so i'm hoping to be able to find one that will allow for larger cell sizes than 48 pixels.. as i'd like to be able to zoom from one image back..
anyone have any experience with these.. i've googled and all the stuff out there seems to be shite for what i need...

just do it by hand in photoshop.

doesn't that just pixelate the image? i think he was asking for a mosaic made of photos.

thanks for the suggestions.. i'm on PC however and cannot use that piece of mac software... :\ used it before and it is good...thanks everyone so far...
