not sure how this thread got bumped, but fuck it.
Matt, hope shit is well.
Me,... well, now the CFO told me that tomorrow they're going to start having me field Customer Service phone calls (I don't know what the fuck they think I know about impounds and the loan business). Then he told me that I need to start getting to work by 8am on the dot and that it's "bad for morale" when I come in later than that. I laughed and told him that it's not going to happen and that I'd be there by 8am on Tues and Thurs.
Tired of his wanna-be alpha-mutt shit already.

yeah, they pulled that shit on me as well at my job. they wouldn't give me a raise so they gave me a later start time, then they went back on it because 'It was bad for moral" - bullshit. I'd get out of their as soon as you can point - Oh and I am FREEFALLING! haha

HAHA! I'm about ready to freefall someone elses ass straight out the fuckin window of this place. But seriously, I'm giving this place one more month. That will be my 1 year mark; and if they can't give me what I want, then I'll be singing that Tom Petty song as well come April 1st.

finding a new job isn't difficult at all. It's finding something you really enjoy doing that really pays well and has a decent longevity to it (meaning more than 1 or 2 years)

I'm just starting but things are good so far. I've made alot of contacts the past couple years through my job and that is giving me lots of leads. If i had any advice, I would suggest working somewhere for a year or 2 to get those types of connections

I'm still very free but I have to get a job within the next few months to start paying for school tuition, unfortunately.
