is there a real big difference between a pentium M 1.6GHZ and say a pentium 4, 3.0GHZ processor? i know one is meant to be more mobile then the other. the powerwise, the same?
i ask this because i am getting a new notebook with a pentium M 1.6ghz chip, and i want to be able to play half life 2 on it when i am not working. i dont want the game chugging.
plus, im also curious to know the difference.

i'd say you'll probably have a bigger problem with the graphic card being able to display the halflife 2 graphics.

For HL2, it's really more about memory and gfx card.
