Ok people. What laptop do you recommend? It will be used for presenting work on mainly. Does not need a big HD but needs a good screen (small is ok). Also a good graphics card. Advice? Need any more info shout!

if youre going to be using it just for display purposes, id get the small ibook or the small pb. because a hot looking machine makes your work look that much better.

Not sure if you can buy from here being in the UK and all but I saw this monster on tv last night and I'm thinking about getting one...

are there any risks buying a computer from QVC? It just doesn't seem like the place I'd buy a computer...

they seem to be pretty reputable and they do have a 1 year limited warrantee. I'm assuming it's just as risky as ordering from anywhere. I pieced together my pc at home from ebay sales which is far riskier. 2 years later, no issues.
The only draw back I see on this one is the 64mb video card...

This Toshiba will do the job. It has a beautiful UXGA screen with the glass coat. Amazing displays and would be great for presentations. 64mb Nvidea, 60GB HDD 5400rpm, TV Tuner, DVD-RW, Harmon Kardon speakers & subwoofer, 1GB ram, and lots more.

Alienware and Voodoo those are the best. The Voodoo AMD 64 is freaking blazing. Wish i could have one myself.
