That really is, in most cases, what it comes down to, isn't it? A culture that demands instant gratification without having to deal with the consequences of it's actions. We want to act any way we want at any time we want and not have to take individual responsibility. We've slouched to a level where we've justified killing the unborn in the name of "looking our for #1", or "doesn't fit with my plans for the future".

My personal opinion is that I would never want any woman I am with to have an abortion.
BUT, far be it from me to try to tell anyone else what to do with their personal lives and bodies. Maybe you people should try to mind your own business', live your righteous lives and let people be, abortion isnt going away.

Hypocrisy:
And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not perceive the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, "Brother, let me remove the speck that is in your eye,' when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck that is in your brother's eye.

Discipler,
You're just now drawing the conclusion that this about economics?To further confuse things for you is it also moral that George Bush be given the death penalty for effectively ordering the deaths of 100,000+ Iraqi women and children?

Religion and Money:
And they come to Jerusalem: and GorgiePorgie went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;
And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.
And he taught, saying unto them, "Is it not written, 'My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer?' but ye have made it a den of thieves."
Mark 11:15-17 15

Mimio,
clearly you did not read what I wrote. My accusation of pseudo-intellectualism can be applied from any stand point. I did not elevate myself at all. Rather, I accused all those making blanket, stereotypic statements of trying to elevate themselves as if they were to be experts on Catholicism, the Pope's life, how a Pope is picked, the history of the Catholic Church, etc... I am no expert, but I can certainly tell when someone else isn't an expert either. Read more carefully next time.

No, I've maintained that conclusion for some time now, sad to say.
Did GDubya do that? Glad I'm independant.

---------------------------I don't think anyone here is going through an abortion so I don't see anyone getting into anyone's grill about it.
Education is priceless.
