ok I have a comp due and I have zero ideas..... I honestly am getting tired of thinking for other people....
all I want to do is come up with ideas for my own projects/products etc..... I am really hating coming up with a different friggin navigation for every site....
it is really pissing me off...any ideas on how to get creative....red bull/coffee/cigs...nothin is workin.....
maybe change of venue?

and then the sky turned to blue kool-aid and started to drip into my eyes.. but I mean, this wasn't soft and sugary like normal blue kool-aid. This blue kool-aid was sharp.

someone shoot me.....the client did a mockup....and now looking at it.....the mockup looks better then what I can do....

oh man. after the whole taste the rainbow thing. I would lose it too. go for a drink man, or a walk, or a smoke. anything that will pull you away from the computer for a while.

true story:
years back i when i was doing my graduation project and i was so fucking stuck it was scary. creative blackout or whatever you wanna call it.
my final solution to the problem was a case of beer (24) and 24 sheets of paper and a pen.
1 beer, 1 paper was the deal.i would duudle, write, spit or whatnot as i got more drunk and i finally passed out after 22 beers. i woke up the next morning fucking freezing on my kitchen floor with paper and beer bottles all around me..
i review it when i got over the headache the next day and there was alot of crazy shit mixed with alot of good shit..
i mixed all the idea and came to a very good solution and got top grade for it, belive it or not..

Start by turning the computer off. Grab a pencil and paper and get started. Even if you draw just a few empty boxes, eventually something will spill out of your head and make its way on to the page.

update........I stopped doing the nav and starting doing the rest of the pages treatment.....looks good so far......now just tring to make a nav that goes with the rest of the page....
I wish I could post it for some help......but unfortunatley its one of those NDA deals
