i read the cornwell book and agree that it is a fantastic j.ripper reference.
'from hell' was cool, too, but conspiracy theories bore me. still, they got a lot of the facts right (names, broken window, etc.).

Was Jack the Ripper actually the Duke of Clarence, eldest grandson of Queen Victoria, or perhaps a practicing medical doctor? yeah...From Hell was nice fiction..in the graphic novel form...the movie blew chunks...
I am going to stick with Cornwell's findings. She just didn't say Sickerd did it...she proved it. She really did a fantastic job.

i have cited books with most of my links and if not books were mentioned within the link if read throughout
i was only giving the man options to make his own decision and his own research based on what is out there
to accept an answer on jack the ripper from some "angered*" designer in this thread i think would be a poor decision is all
all i have to say is congrats to whoever he was for not getting caught
