I have been using two for awhile now. We got cramped for space in our video edit suite, so I tryed them out because at the time they were the only LCDs that had the pixel response for full motion video. They are great, but I wish the case was designed better so they could sit closer together. I may cut the legs off...

Agreed! I have the 17" version - looks great - color is dead on - just wish the bezel were smaller.

hmm.. not even wide screen
I think itwould be worth it to just spend 999 or 899 eductaion and get the 20" Apple Widescreen LCD.
Apple monitors are so nice

i second that donvitoviti... i've never used a formac monitor before (actally never even heard of them) but i bought 2 20" studio displays for home and they're F'n great!

I have the 17" snow. It just broke down a few weeks ago, still under warranty (2 years) but it took a while to get it back.
First I missed UPS because of the holidays, then they sent it again and the rear foot was broken off.
but now everything is good. my second monitor is slightly behind the formac, since the feet take up so much space to the sides. not soo good...
