Oh--about them not being in the same shot. I've watched it so many times, and maybe the car scene kind of skirts the line.
But you NEVER see their faces in the same scene.
The diner scene is all two camera shots on each person.
Even the ending, all you see is Vincent reach out to McCauley.

I think that's actually a production photo. I don't think that's a still from the movie. My roommate in college had a poster of that, but I am 99% sure that it wasn't a scene in the movie.
