when i got married a received lots of advice, little of which was worth a damn.
one bit that was came from an older dude i worked with. he said, "when nancy and i first got married she asked me to paint the apartment while she was at work one day. by the time she came home i had paint all over every-fuckin-thing in the house and haven't had to paint a room since."
use sparingly.

the 1 single most important thing with marriage is to always goto to bed on good terms, what i mean is if you are fighting or even minor arguing, you must remember to make up b4 going to sleep, because when you wake up you do not want the feelings from the night b4 to rend your day to come...do what you have to do to make sure you are on good terms...and also sacrifice every feeling you have and make your marriage work, talk your feeling out and start doing it today, make a commitment to really get all your feelings out and keep doing it...
also save today, start saving for your future today, dont hesitate...begin with a dollar or what ever your money is called...bbut do it!

I have rooftop snipers and a handful of undercover ninjas with orders to kill Terry Thomas on sight on the day.
Honeymoon plans for an early summer visit to Italy as Naoko loves pasta. Again, any suggestions or "Stay well clear!" destinations in Italy? I was thinking Rome, but then doesn't everybody?

Congrats. There are no real tips to give, just do what seems right beacuase genrally it is right. Don't get into stupid arguments about who does the washing up etc etc - it's just not worth it. Most of all just look after each other and you won;t go far wrong.
Don't forget to post pics of the honeymoon too ;)

cinque terre would be a great honeymoon spot, get a ferry from La Spieza or the train. Also, Lucca is a terrific fully walled Tuscan city, incredible food.
