harrr!!!
my system sounds kill me.. there is a loud BUUZZZZ instead of the usual BING BLOING ZAPP
almost every sound is whack.. anyone experienced that?
and another question: when I reinstall OSX without formating the drive, will all data in the home directory still be there?

turn your hearing aid down if you've got your speakers on.

If you choose Option 1 in the Installer, it preserves your home and preferences and stuff (or is it Option 3?...read the instructions)
