saw this job posting for them today...
"Blast Radius, Vancouver is looking for an Art Director with great flash experience who has a love of leading-edge, urban youth culture and design, as well as mainstream and action sports."
everything aside from the flash part is right up my alley... does viewing flash sites count as "great flash experience"... come on!

I have heard nothing but the highest regard for Blast Radius from a variety of sources. I've not worked with them personally, but based on their reputation and the testimonials of people I trust I have to believe that they are genuinely top notch.

I believe you can learn a lot from a company simply by looking at their portfolio - and judging by theirs it doesn't look like they have to pimp for business much!

I got to do a job shadowing thing a few years ago when I was still working at a shoe store and needed the inspiration. Spend some time with Famewhore, Skilla and a few others. Still have the water bottle.
