Enter topic:I'm looking for an affordable printing house to do a short run (2000 pcs, 24 pgs.) color catalogue. Everyone here in NY seems insanely high...
The prices at PsPrint seem pretty cheap ( about $2200.00) even with shipping it from the Left Coast. Anyone have any experience with them - or who could suggest a more affordable printer in the NY area who might have similar prices? All the quotes I got here are at least double that for the same specs...

I use psprint for everything. They've been awesome.

I've used PsPrint for over 20 jobs. It's killer quality and quick turn for full color work on standard paper. You can also do some serious marking up with the clients and still come in lower than ANY olcal printer. Gangbanging is the way to go.

I've used psprint for a couple of jobs. The quality is alright, especially for the price, however expect some rather sloppy cutting on full bleed jobs, or those with distictive borders.
Setting up a document for print is a breeze on their site; they have a neet tool that lets you position your document and send it right to print.
