apparently the us neglected to inform the rest of the world, so it is naturally our fault.

whenever tragedy happens people can't just leave it at that. it was a natural disaster. what are you going to do? money won't bring back your loved ones.

"what are you going to do? money won't bring back your loved ones."
that's usually not the mentality of those who sue in these types of situations. to them, shit happens and oh look, an opportunity to use the system and make a bank-load of cash.
'honey, don't forget to bring the kleenexes to the trial - we have to make our greviance for your mother-in-law look believable.'

the sad part is that it's on behalf of austrian and german tourists, no natives.

that's why i'll never be rich. i don't think about money in a greedy way.

i wonder if the same people have donated a single dollar to the tsunami appeal.
it shits me that these people are stoked to go somewhere where it costs them next to nothing (yet they still argue over the price of street vendors wares) and care little or not at all about the quality of life these areas have, yet the moment they suffer a little they get the lawyers out! the odds are pretty good that more than a few of them went there for a sex-tour and gee there's no exploitation there. nice thought for thee day.

My grammer school was built on a fault line. I wonder if I could sue them?
idiots, I'm sure the lawyers were thinking 'who can we name in this suit from day one'.
