Im startin a small business and i have a name for the brand that im going to produce, i also have a logo ect....
wheres the best place to go to copyright the brand and the logo

Well in my country you can get that sort of info via the Chamber of Commerce, you tried that over there??

You can't copyright logos and brand names.
You need to register it as a trademark or servicemark.
Im not sure about the exact price and process as you are in the UK. In the US you have to go through the patent and trademark office and pay a $375 application fee. But again Im not sure about the UK. Just google "European Trademark" or something.
