Is iCal the best calendar?
I need one for meeting, plan and deadline overview.

I would imagine that for a business setting something like Entourage might work a bit better. Gives you the ability to collab with others in your network. Of course, you can share calendar's via the web with iCal too. So that might work.

My bluetooth phone and mac are always in sync...its great...outlook works too...but i am mac for life so whatever

Has anyone used Entourage on an Exchange server? We're thinking of moving from an IMAP email service to a hosted Exchange Server service, so we get all the shared calendar, contacts, syncing to mobile devices etc...
