craig david aint that big in the US so i get spared ...but that pics is a few months old...i've got a nice witner curry belly. :)and ooh i have this wonderful salmon and chive mashed potatoes recipie which was a hit las V-day.
marinate the fish with olive oil and fresh black pepper/sea salt.
for the golden idhao potatoes ..boil mash add a lil cream or butter...and fresh chive oil with garlic.
put the potatoes on a plate and slide the fresh grilled salmon on top..squeeze some lim and garnish with chive stems.
the yellow/green colors of the potatoes and the pinkish hue of the fish will win any heart.
