He described Marilyn as being an emotional wreck. And I think lots of guys can say that they slept with her. At least the rich ones of that time.
I did a paper on him as well. Last year. He was pretty awesome.

And on the sub-subject of Marilyn Monroe. It was kind of sad that she wasn't taken seriously. She wasn't a half-bad actress or singer. That's probably what led to her demise. As Miller noted.
