All I can say is if you want to get over the "wall" in your workouts and burn some fat, use Redline. It's great and I don't get caffeine crashes with it like I do with coffee.
And kOna, that was some nice engergy beverage math. I didn't know that male strippers could use multiplication so efficiently...

I sip it throughout my workout... sometimes. Never on leg days cause I feel like my heart is going to explode. It's nice having another dude here (Point5) who knows what I'm talking about for a change. haha. Ace.
