Hello
Why isn't Type-in
in the dictionary?
as in Type-in your password.

?
- dippy0
cos it's not a word?
- dippy0
is this a trick question?

"type in" is never hyphenated.
- Mimio0
Because it's a command not a single word?
- mevsthem0
well so is Log-in or Log-out
but there becoming 1 word. Just like Password, use to be Pass-word

I have never seen type-in (with a hyphen) before.
It's two separate words. "type" and "in"

ok, thanks i guess ill use that.

the correct usage of "log in" is two words (the word log is a verb).
I've seen "log-in" and "login", but these are used as nouns (e.g. "Please enter your login information.")
