I'm serious. We're basically converting the document for a client into the EDGAR format. As far I can tell it's a bastardised version of HTML. I want to know if anyone knows what the actual spec of these things is meant to be... because at the moment it looks like bullshit to me and I don't think it can be right!

well I went to free edgar to see if I could help you out.....
unfortunately free edgar now has a pimp and they ask you to fill out all these funky forms before you can screw the hoe.....
