I know this is ignorant but to me miles of fabic is just an exaggerated clothe line...
a 6,000 foot McDomalds logo is still just like- a McDonalds logo.

His only real talent is getting people to buy off on this stuff. Never been a fan of Christo. He is amazing at selling bad ideas though.
So i don't get to chastised, this is much better than his building wraps.

I can't get over how cool this piece is. new respect for christo. He spoke at my graduation which was pretty cool.

I was in berlin for the wrapped reichstag - it was excellent. especially because it took so long. we visited it every other day until completion.

i went to see it a few weeks ago. it was okay. i thought his drawings are much better than the actual thing.
