Jevad, I felt the same way before too. So I recently just walked away from it all. It wasnt an easy thing to do but Im so glad that I did. Every morning now, Im waking up with a big smile on my face.. this is freedom my friend.
Good luck, might just be a phase. But if its not, consider doing something else that would make you happy. Better be poor and happy, than rich and miserable.

I'm in for the fishing too...
It is jsut a phase...I have them every now and then just like anyone does I guess...but sometimes I just get so fed up designing things to make other people more money you know? It's almost soul destroying. I try to balance it out with pro-bono work for charities and non-profits but sometimes this work really gets to me...

Yeah sometimes I worry that I have chosen a very selfish profession. But i really was never smart enough to be a doctor.
