I am from MTL and i think this is an awesome resource however, the design is awful. navigation is horrible and finding content isn't very easy. it took me 3 times viewing the site until i could figure out how to acess the content i wanted.
if it wasnt for the design/usability issues, i would probably use this site all the time.

Its ridiculous... as elegant as the interface is, I could not figure out the structure of the site.... or even what kind of info I was going to be looking at.
Nice package though.
