Any of you playing it ? Last night was the end of the beta test with a special scenario from Blzzard, as always absolutely stunning : some high level monsters attacking the towns, everything was slowly destroyed etc;
This for me is the next generation game : not a scenario but an endless story .i have little time to play so i went only to level 22 but it is great. online pvp fights with the players from the Alliance (humans) .. and absolutely stunning landscapes.. if you're into rolegames that's the one and only

i love roll playing games but most of mine invole me being a 'plumber' or 'cop' and my gf being the 'woman who's pipes need a plumber' or a 'woman who has been a bad bad girl and need of being arrested'. much more fun and rewarding.

I can dig that. i respect RPG's but avoid them cos they eat up too much time. I been plaing GTA:SA and Def Jam: Fight For New York - pick 'em up, put 'em down games... but if I had the time, teh phat pipe, and no G/F then I'd prolly give WoW a look.

actually nothing beats sex anfd then a good rolegame
but real life games are much more boring after a few years as u won't play the plumber 500 times without beind deadly bored or .. with another girlfriend !
i'm single right now .; it's ture these games don't fit at all in a cozy and peaceful relationship : tey are real timewasters

uh .. MU i don't really se any relation between Fight for NY and WOW u know.. ? u must have played them while drunk or on drugs
I have PS2 games .. that' has nothing to see.. it's like saying you like AC DC and Britney Spears ;)

i'd like to check it out i've always wanted to play one of those game but I'm scared i'd become addicted to it and produce even less to zero, one question about the game is it like an action game where you can swing a sword like Zelda or is it like a pokemon type battles i.e. you select an actionl like attack with sword? if that makes any sense.

Man...i spent 3 years working at a video game store...and i swear every day i would get atleast 3 people come up to me and say something like "hey let me tell you about my level 25 druid halfling..."
and then they would talk for a half hour...
there was this one dude who actually refered to his everquest character as a friend of his. he said "my friend Aeromyn..." or whatever...
i stick to japanese RPG. your final fantasies, your Star oceans, etc.

haha check this out. When I used to work at this restaurant in Vegas I worked this banquet that was a wedding party. This couple met on Everquest...their wedding party consisted of other people from Everquest that they had never met before....

yeah man...one of the weirdest banquets I have ever worked. Other one was when I had just started designing...and I was all into it...Alias Wavefront had a banquet and I immediately felt this weird bond with them before I knew who they were. Oh and then there were these french people...30 of them...and for real they stunk so bad. I never believed the stereotype until that night. I'm sure these people were just old school though.

i knew this one guy whose girlfriend went and stayed with this guy she had met on Everquest when she visited the States and he turned out to be a real weirdo and she left after a day or so because he was always showing her his guns and sitting around cleaning them and shit, apparently he made no mention about his gun love during the game.

WTF? I didn't hear anything about this "beta" of monsters attacking the towns. It was last night? Of course last night was the first night I didn't play in 2 weeks. Was it on all servers? I'm on Destromath.
and dammit iDp. Why'd you have to blow my cover like that?!?! I mean, I'll admit I play, but you didn't have to let everyone know that I'm an addict! So what if I turn the volume down on the game when people call me so that they don't know I'm playing...
