Is it any good?
in the process of coming up with ideas for a support website for our company, thinking about maybe integrating this into it. Is it expensive? What do you think?

Don't know the pricing on it, as I wasn't a prt of that but I was involved with the development end of a good many Breeze presentations.
The plugin (really thats all it is, just a plugin for Powerpoint) is really pretty useful and powerful. But beware, it has some quirks. You'll have to be very deliberate in any Flash you embed or any "extras" you use (such as fading bullet animations in and out as opposed to having them appear).
Also, the interface for importing sound files into your presentation can be confusing. I've overwritten sound files many, many times in doing so. Very frustrating.
But overall, if you've got a lot of Powerpoint style stuff you're trying to develop or bring online, its a useful tool.
